5th Annual Harvest Carnival

The PTA's 5th Annual Harvest Carnival is this Friday Oct. 21st.

It is $10 per kid, or $25 for 3 or more kids in a family.

At this point we are still short volunteers to help teachers run their booths, if you have an hour to spare please consider signing up to help.

The games and booths are a huge deal but we also need help with set up, ticket sales, face paint, concessions and clean up.  We welcome all the help we can get.

Two of the best parts of our Carnival are the cupcake walk and the bake sale.  As always we are looking for donations of baked goods (can be homemade) and cupcakes.  This year we even through in a fun twist having a cupcake decorating contest!  So if you are a creative baker or maybe one of your little one is, send in your October inspired cupcake for the chance to win bragging rights and a prize.

A Trunk or Treat Event!!!

Book Fair

Our new librarian, Mrs. Caldwell needs our help.  She is organizing her first book fair here at Cascade View and she needs people to help her.  She has a few spots still open Monday and Wednesday night, but for Thursday she has no one signed up.  If you can go help her- I am sure she would greatly appreciate it.

Conference Week Meals

The PTA always provides meals for the teachers during conference week.  We are so excited to see so many new people that signed up to help and we appreciate those of you that we have come to count on year after year.  There are still a few items that are needed.  Please consider helping us make the stress of conference week just a little less for our teachers.
